Youth Group Meeting

IANH plans to host a kickoff meeting to form a ‘Youth Group’ with teenagers to get together and explore relevant issues affecting their daily lives. If interested, please contact Barinder Ahluwalia.

Volunteers needed for Lunch Service at the Nashua Soup Kitchen 

You could spend the Sunday morning by helping us with the lunch service scheduled for July 16 at the Nashua Soup kitchen.  We are looking for a few hours of your time to feed the homeless. 

The Nashua Soup Kitchen management is short of volunteer team to support them on Sundays during summer months.  They requested if we could help them with serving lunch on Sunday July 16 at the Soup kitchen.  The need is urgent and therefore we accepted the request.  

We are looking for three volunteer from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. to help us with the cooking and another three to help us serve lunch between 11.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m.  We plan to prepare vegetarian Ziti and salad. Desert items will be supplied by the soup kitchen.

The Summer edition of Samaj Patra would be published in the middle of July, 2006. Samaj Patra is the official newsletter of the India Association of New Hampshire. It is published four times a year and each issue is mailed to over 250 member families.
