The India Association Of New Hampshire Spring Festival, 2006 is scheduled for May 6th, at the Merrimack High School auditorium.

Highlights :

  • IANH General Body Meeting at 2 p.m. to elect officers for the next 2 years.
  • Cultural program by IANH member families (Volunteer help required please see note below)
  • Health fair with participation by the following  health care professionals :-
    • Purnima Sangal, MD, Former President of IMANE
    • Rajni Aneja, MD, Southern NH Medical Center
    • Bejoy Kundu, MD Internist

  • Vendor tables selling snacks, mehndi decorations, other local businesses from the community
  • Information table from Saheli
  • Prize distribution for Education bees

IANH Public service would like to conduct a family seminar for teenagers to discuss the issues that our children face. Announcements will be made at the Spring Festival regarding details about the event, location. Trained Child Psychologists will be conducting the event.

 

Local Community Events conducted by non profit organizations in the New England area
  • Carnatic music vocal concert by Smt. Aparna Balaji   at Chinmaya Maruti on Saturday April 29th 6.30 to 8.30 p.m.
  • Veena Concert by Smt Durga Krishnan at Chinmaya Maruti on Saturday May 13  4.00 p.m.
