IANH - SAHELI Initiative : We are pleased to announce this initiative focusing on women and elderly persons who are looking for opportunities to transform their lives and their families. IANH - Public Service Committee and Saheli Boston are partnering for the first time to jointly work on this initiative. Though Saheli focuses on victims of domestic abuse, IANH decided to offer the services to any woman, or an elderly person, who needs these services. The primary focus of this initiative is to raise awareness, provide employable skills and social skills, and create a safe and secure networking environment.

The cost free training sessions will be held on the campus of Southern New Hampshire University's Nashua Center. These sessions will be from 8:00 am - 2:00 p.m every Saturday. These sessions will focus on computer literacy and use of the Internet; English communication skills, and immigration/naturalization documentation support. We hope to offer more support in future based on members demand and participation.

We like to acknowledge and extend our heart felt thanks to SNHU's President Dr. Paul LeBlanc and Nashua Center's Director Ms. Karen Goodman for their support. We look forward to similar encouragement and active participation of the members of the Indian community.
If you would like additional information please contact Ms.Barinder Ahluwalia at
