Public Service - Volunteer oppurtunities at the local area soup kitchens 2010
1. Lunch Service at the Nashua Soup Kitchen
January 17, February 21, April 18, June 20, July 18, September 19, October 17, December 19
Lunch Service is scheduled at the soup kitchen on Sunday April 18 starting at 8:30 AM.
The soup kitchen is located at 47 Chestnut Street in Nashua. Vegetarian meal will will be served to the guests.
Preparation work will begin at 8:30 AM and serving will start at 11:30 AM.
We are looking for volunteers to serve and cleanup between 1:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

If you plan to volunteer, please bring unused plastic bags which can be used by guests to carry items from pantry.

2. Dinner Service at the Manchester New Horizons Soup Kitchen
February 27, April 24, June 26, Aug 28, Oct 30, Dec 25
Dinner service is scheduled at the New Horizons shelter on Saturday April 24 starting at 4:00 PM.
The shelter is located at 199 Manchester Street Manchester NH 03105. Volunteers are needed for serving meal.

January 8, 2005 Shelter Cooking at the New Horizons Soup Kitchen, Manchester, NH
IANH is an approved organization in the State of New Hampshire to conduct charitable activities. It has been approved by United Way and IANH members can designate IANH to receive their contributions while signing up for pledges through their employer.
IANH members have been engaged in Public Service since 1989 when non-perishable food items were donated it to the local soup kitchen. Public Service committee was formally elected to the association’s Executive body in August 2002.
Our community service include monthly food donation to local soup kitchen, cook and serve meals at the local soup kitchens, material donations, and cash donations to various non profit organizations. Our members have served as volunteers at charitable events in the area. Public Service committee has been active in providing hospitality service at the functions organized by the association
