The India Association of New Hampshire (IANH) and North South Foundation (NSF) conducted the 2004 NH Regional Education Bee contests on Saturday March 27th at NH Community Technical College. The contest drew over 125 participants mainly from NH and Northern Massachusetts towns. NSF conducts these contests in various states to raise money for educational scholarships in India. The added attraction to this year contests was the addition of Math Bee to students from KG through Grade 7. Contests were held in Senior and Junior Spelling and Vocabulary, and Math. Math groups were divided into three levels according to the grades.
Certificates were awarded to all participants and three winners were selected for the contests.

Sumant Shendye , Arjun Venkatachalam and Meghna Chandra were the first,second and third place winners at the Senior Vocabulary.

Amritha Mangalat, Mayank Dubey, and Asish Andhavarapu were winners in the Junior Vocabulary.

Asish Andhavarapu and Kaushik Korrapaty were the first and second place winners in Senior Spelling Bee, and Annu Nishant and Arjun Garma shared the third place.

Kasyap Tenneti and Shyam Vasudevan were the first and second place winners in the Junior Spelling Bee, and Anjana Mangalat and Vaibhav Shrishail shared the third place.

Anish Thilagar, Sadhana Tadepalli, and Suraj Shroff were the first, second, and the third place winners in the Math Level-I.

Lasya Thilagar, Mayank Dubey, and Vaibhav Shrishail were the winners in the Math Level-II.

Arjun Venkatachalam was the winner in Math Level-III, and the second place was shared between Kush Patel and Amritha Mangalat.
Congratulations to Lasya Thilagar on her achieving the sixth place in the Math Bee level 2 competition and to Anish Thilagar who came ninth in the Math bee level 1 competition in the North South Foundation National finals held at Phoenix, Arizona, during September 4-5, 2004.
